You don't need experience (although that would be awesome) but you do need your own tools - gotta have the tools! In return we guarantee a 40 hour work week, the latest and greatest equipment, a great working environment and ownership committed to doing whatever it takes to make employees and customers happy.

Do you like people? Do you like to be of service and help those that come to you with a problem? Iowa's #1 Ford Dealer, Stivers Ford Lincoln has a rare opportunity for an experienced service advisor in our very busy Quick Lane Service Center!

Great candidates will have strong organizational and leadership skills combined with passion and joy for taking care of customers and co-workers. Previous automotive experience is preferred, but customer service excellence is the penultimate requirement!
